1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused or unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Personal care items such as opened beauty or wellness products.
  • Gift cards and final sale items.

2. Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at support@wildteex.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item
    Return the item using the provided shipping label. Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Refund Approval

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds

If returned items are found to be used, damaged, or incomplete, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Delayed Refunds

  • If your refund isn’t reflected after 15 business days, please contact our support team at support@wildteex.com.

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return first and then place a separate order for the replacement item once the return is approved.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@wildteex.com with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.


6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason and without justification.

  • Products must still meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • Refunds will include the product’s price and standard shipping costs.
