Wildteex operates from the USA, serving cowboy lovers nationwide with products shipped from trusted global suppliers.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States to ensure faster delivery and better service.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days. Processing takes 1–3 days before shipping.
4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
5. How do I contact customer support?
You can reach us at support@wildteex.com. We typically respond within 24–48 business hours.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they are sent to processing and can’t be changed.
7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us to start a return.
8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please email us with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund ASAP.
9. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, eligible orders can be refunded within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return Policy for details.
10. Are your products real leather?
Some items are made of genuine leather, while others use high-quality PU leather. Product materials are listed clearly on each product page.
11. Will all items arrive together?
Not always. Some items may ship from different warehouses, so your order could arrive in separate packages.
