What does Wild Teex sell?
We sell western wear and ranch gear. That means cowboy hats, cowboy boots, western jewelry, saddle bags and horse tack. Look and feel ready for the ranch or the rodeo.
How long does shipping take?
We pack your order in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM Central start the next business day. It then takes 7 to 15 business days to reach you in the USA. Canada takes 10 to 20 business days. Europe takes 10 to 18.
How much is shipping?
In the USA, shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for $8.99. Outside the USA, the cost shows at checkout.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. It can take 1 to 3 business days to start showing updates.
Can I return an item?
Yes. It must be unused, with tags, in the box it came in, with proof of purchase. Email support@wildteex.com with your order details and why. If we approve it, we send you a return label. If the problem was our fault, we pay the return shipping.
How long does a refund take?
Once we get your return and check it, the refund goes to your card within 10 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@wildteex.com right away with your order details. If it was our mistake, we cover the return shipping.
